Payment Methods
Credit & Debit Card
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. To complete your purchase:
- Choose "Credit/Debit Card" at checkout
- Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV
- Complete your billing information
- Confirm your payment — you will be redirected to a confirmation page
- A confirmation email will be sent to you
Apple Pay & Google Pay
For customers using Apple or Google devices, we offer Google Pay for seamless, contactless payments:
- "Google Pay" at checkout
- Authenticate using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device password
- Confirm your shipping and billing information
- Once successful, you'll receive an order confirmation
Currency
All transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP £). All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes (VAT where applicable) and are shown in GBP. The price you see at checkout is exactly what is charged to your payment method.
When Your Order Is Charged
Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. Without payment confirmation, your order will not be processed or dispatched.
If a transaction is declined, please:
- Verify your card details (number, expiration date, CVV)
- Check your billing address matches the one on file with your bank
- Ensure sufficient funds are available
- Try an alternative payment method

- Refuse service in case of repeated declined payments or chargeback abuse
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been issued.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you notice an unfamiliar charge or believe a payment has been processed in error, please contact us first at support@shopllo.com before opening a chargeback with your bank.
Our team resolves most issues within 24 hours (Mon–Fri), and we always prefer to find a direct solution with you. Chargebacks opened without valid reason will be disputed.
Statutory Rights
This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
