Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the UK. There are no minimum order values and no hidden shipping fees. The price you see is the price you pay.

Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) or on weekends will begin processing the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Handling Time

Once your order is placed, our team prepares and dispatches it within:

1–4 working days (Monday to Friday)

Transit Time

After dispatch, your order will be delivered within:

6–12 working days (Monday to Friday)

Total Delivery Time

7–16 working days from order date

These are estimates. While we aim to meet these timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to carrier volumes, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped by post directly to the delivery address provided at checkout. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at the time of ordering. Shopllo cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@shopllo.com β€” we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  • The carrier will leave a notification card with instructions
  • You may be able to arrange redelivery or collect from a local depot
  • If the item is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage may apply)

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@shopllo.com. Please include your order number and, where possible, a photo of the damage. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
