  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging
  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the day you received your order to initiate a return
  • All products sold on shopllo.com are eligible for return within 30 days, subject to the conditions above
  • Territorial scope: This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made within the United Kingdom

What We Accept

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products
  • We accept exchanges for a different item

Product Condition

We accept returns on new, unused products only.

Return Costs

  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way
  • For Change of Mind: The cost of return delivery will be charged to the customer. This applies when you purchased the wrong product, the item does not fit, or you no longer want the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our team at support@shopllo.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first
  2. Pack Your Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents
  3. Send it Back: Ship your return by post to the address below as per the instructions provided by our team

Return Label

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect in which case we will cover the return postage cost.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria
  • Refund: After inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued
